Airsoft War Games 2009

Airsoft Battle game warriors will be arriving at the airsoft fields en masse soon, all geared up and ready for 2009's best airsoft conflicts to erupt. Each individual team's arsenal will be filled with some of the hottest airsoft guns and gadgets on the market. Load outs now include war replica weapons of all generations from MP40's to M4's, M16's, and AK47's. Sniper teams with terrain blending camo and airsoft gas rifles will be ready for that one game winning shot to present itself. Support gunners with M249's and the increasingly more popular MG36 airsoft machine gun will be setting up the high ground and ridge lines to ambush the first unsuspecting fire team who's patrol leads them into harms way.
Airsoft game gear manufacturers have now replicated most tools of battle from the 1800's to present day. Squad support weapons in the form of armed vehicles, grenade launchers (M203's) and mortars that fire 1000 bb's in one shot are now used at many airsoft events across the United States and elevate the games battle themed components to new levels. Sonic Boom airsoft booby traps, landmines, hand grenades and even remote control claymore mines are being bought and deployed by airsofts elitist teams, players and groups...
Airsoft Game Loadouts consist of fully geared battle dress uniforms complete with magazine pouches, hydration backpacks and alice packs. Molle gear in ACU and Multicam, MARPAT, Desert and woodland patterns as well as popular World War 2 uniforms.

Good old fashioned bluejeans and t-shirts are still the field dress of many airsoft game enthusiasts and Father and Son (Or Daughter) contractor teams in coyote brown battle fatigues are very common these days as well. With brand new plug and play full metal airsoft gun replicas now available for under 200 dollars the airsoft gaming sport is alive with new players and with each group comes new ideas and innovative battle techniques.
With all these new faces and players arriving each year a quick review of the safety and ground rules of the airsoft field you play at will be a good tactical move on your part. Airsoft games are built around a foundation of Leadership, Honesty, Integrity and helping out your fellow peers. Follow all field rules, call your hits and do not blind fire and the rest of a fun filled day will fall into place. Oh and BTW if you happen to find someones lost airsoft gear, magazine or a glove on the ground, be courteous and return it, just be careful when you pick it up...It may just be a sonic boom airsoft booby trap...AND BOOM!!!!Your dead. I love this game..........
